Si la loi du 7 février 2022 (« loi Taquet ») a posé un cadre, l’accompagnement n’est toujours pas un droit opposable et inconditionnel.
Voici nos 5 propositions phares pour ce quinquennat :
1. Droit opposable
Instaurer un droit opposable à l'accompagnement pour mettre définitivement fin aux sorties sèches.
2. Égalité des droits
Donner à tou·te·s les jeunes les mêmes droits, quel que soit leur parcours (y compris MNA et OQTF).
3. Projet co-construit
Créer un vrai projet vers l'âge adulte, basé sur un socle socio-éducatif adapté aux besoins du jeune.
4. Jusqu'à 25 ans
Accorder une poursuite de l'accompagnement au-delà de 21 ans, jusqu'à 25 ans.
5. Engagement financier
Obtenir un engagement financier fort de l'État pour soutenir les départements.

1. How can I join a protest or action listed on the site?
You can check the Events section for upcoming actions and register directly through the event pages. Each listing includes time, location, and how to get involved.
2. Is it legal to participate in these protests?
Most of our actions are peaceful and follow local laws. However, laws vary by region. We provide legal resources and safety guidelines to help you stay informed and protected.
3. I want to organize a protest. Can I use your platform?
Yes. We support grassroots organizers. Use the Contact section to share your idea, and our team will reach out to help you plan and promote it.
4. How can I support the movement if I can’t join in person?
There are many ways to help: share campaigns on social media, sign petitions, donate, or volunteer remotely with our media and legal teams.
5. Are these actions affiliated with a political party?
No. “Voices of Protest” is an independent grassroots platform. We support civic movements, not political parties.
